Understanding Template Packages
A Template Package contains material used to recreate scripts, configurations, custom API endpoints, user groups, permissions and more. When deployed to a project these materials result in the project or workspace matching the given state as described by the Template Package.
The Template Package specification is designed to be simple and extensible. The package file is a zip file with a structure that allows applications deploying the Template to be able to reliably find and use the template materials. The package is extensible and allows for package creators to add their own custom materials and deployment logic.
